Using the right Entertainment agent is crucial, without the correct assistance there are many issues that may arise.

Bespoke Entertainment agents get a lot of questions regarding the actual booking process, listed below are the 6 most commonly asked questions:-


  1. Will the act I choose be right for me?

One of the most commonly asked questions.

We can provide you with a huge amount of information about every act, therefore helping you to feel completely confident that the act you book is the right one for your event.

  1. How much will it cost me?

As all of our acts are different in various ways, we don’t have one set price list that details the cost, for example solo singers will vary compared to bands and tribute shows. Some bands will have three members and others may have seven or eight musicians. Other entertainers may also hold celebrity status.

However, we will provide you with all of the information you need in order to make an informed decision prior to any booking. We will also do our utmost to ensure you get the perfect act for your event, and within the budget you have available.

  1. What happens if the act doesn’t show up?

In the highly unlikely event that an act doesn’t show up to your event, we’ll always do as much as we can to get a similar act to your event as soon as possible.

Just like you’ll have backup plans for the event in general, we will have a backup plan also, should something unexpected happen. One of the main benefits of booking through a well-known and reputable agency is the access to, and knowledge of multiple entertainers throughout the region.

  1. What happens if the act is nothing like expected?

The Bespoke Entertainment booking process which includes obtaining as much information about you and your event as possible should eliminate the above scenario. (Question 5 below goes someway to answering this question also)

  1. How difficult is it to book an act?

Our 5 point booking process is outlined below

Tell us the type of band or style of entertainer(s) you have in mind.

We listen carefully, and then ask you a series of questions regarding your wishes and requirements

Based upon your personal information we recommend the most suitable act(s) for your special day.

After you have chosen from our recommended selection we then contact your ideal artist(s) and complete the booking on your behalf.

We will also contact any planners or event coordinators, “get on the same page” as them and liaise one week before the event to ensure things run smoothly.

  1. Am I able to book an act for a regular event?

This is a simple one – as long as the diary of the act you want to book is free, at the time of booking you can choose whether you’re looking to book them for next week or the next 52 weeks!
